Describe your ideal routine
A clearer project
From idea to everyday use.
Good systems begin with good questions. We shape the plan around the space, the construction timeline, and the people who will use it.
- 01
Understand the space
We start with your goals, routines, rooms, and what is already in place.
- 02
Design the system
We connect the infrastructure, equipment, and controls in one practical plan.
- 03
Install with care
Everything is placed, connected, organized, and set up for the finished space.
- 04
Make it yours
Scenes and controls are tuned around the way you want to use them.
Good questions first
Before the equipment, start with what matters.
Clear answers make for a clearer project. Here are the questions people often have before the first conversation.
Tell us what you’re considering01What can Evo Home Tech help with?
Projects can bring together home automation, lighting, Wi-Fi, theater, access control, security, structured wiring, TV mounting, audio, and motorized shades. Start with the outcome you want—we can use that to shape the right conversation.
02Do I need to know which equipment I want?
No. You can begin with a room, a recurring frustration, or a routine you want to simplify. The project planner is designed to collect useful context without asking you to build an equipment list first.
03Can I start with just one room?
Yes. A project can start with one room or consider the whole property. The important part is understanding what should work now and what may be worth planning for later.
04Can you work with an existing home or system?
Start by telling us what is already in place and what is not working the way you want. Evo can review that context before recommending whether to improve, integrate, or replace anything.
05When should I involve a technology integrator?
Earlier is usually more flexible, especially during design, construction, or renovation. If the space is already finished, the conversation can focus on practical upgrades and the least disruptive path forward.
06Can lighting, shades, audio, and security work together?
That is the purpose of an integrated plan. The goal is to connect the systems that belong together around useful moments—arriving, entertaining, winding down, or leaving—without making everyday control complicated.
07Will everything require another app?
Not necessarily. A project can consider keypads, app control, voice control, and useful automation. The right mix depends on who uses the space and which actions should remain simple and visible.
08What happens after I describe my project?
The details create a starting point for a conversation about the space, priorities, timing, and what is already there. No equipment or response-time promise is assumed before that review.
09What details are most helpful to share?
The type of space, project stage, location, timing, services you are considering, and the experience you want are enough to begin. Photos, plans, and equipment details can come later if they are useful.
10Can I speak with someone instead of using the planner?
Yes. Call 646 995 0522 or email yaz@evohometech.com. Published hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
